Exploring creative depths |
A lasting journey |
What does the character want? How does he or she respond to conflict? Writing and performing character-based drama allows teens to examine their own feelings and behaviors.
|
First you have an idea, and pitch it to see if others find it interesting. Then you craft characters and create conflict. Next you figure out the elements needed to tell the story--the cast, the crew, the locations, the props. Then you put the actors on set, and the camera where the story is.
